9.1 Products offered
The works offered for sale (originals and art copies) are presented with the utmost care. However, slight differences in color may exist between the images displayed and the actual artwork.
9.2 Price
Prices are shown in euros including VAT (VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the French General Tax Code).
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
9.3 Command
Order confirmation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation will be sent by email.
9.4 Payment
Payment is due upon ordering. It can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the website.
9.5 Delivery
Works are shipped within 3 business days (unless otherwise stated).
Deliveries are made via a carrier with delivery against signature.
Estimated delivery time: 24 hours after dispatch, delivery before 1 p.m. in mainland France.
For commissioned or limited edition works, the delivery time can be up to 15 business days. This is specified on the product page.
9.6 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized works or works made to order.
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and the item must be returned in its original packaging. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork in perfect condition.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
